Heart's pause

She held my hand.
That touch pumped up my gland,
As I turned and tried to walk.
She looked at my eyes and gave no talk.

"I have to go. It's time"
I said, without looking at the time.
She didn't move her facial muscle.
And said "Ok", that really brought me some trouble.

She climbed the steps and took a pause.
She looked at me and rolled her eye.
That made me wonder where I was.
Yet, I waved her bye-bye.

The bus started to move.
I felt my heart didn't find any clue.
I ran and climbed into the bus.
She smiled and it left my heart to pause.

I don't know is answer what a give to the most  but it is the answer that you don't want to hear most. Sometimes I think I haunt you like a ghost.
